Belle Etoile Fackel Laf
4. November 2016: Belle Etoile Fackel Lauf 5 Km
After just 2 weeks of Training, I participated in one of my partner's "Freelanders" sponsored Night run Belle Etoille "Fackel Laf" over 5k.
It went surprisingly very well, because I could cross the finish line as third behind the foreign participants Jonas Kinde (Eth) and Omar Bekkali (Mar).
I am satisfied with the chrono despite the long and poisonous gradient of 1000m.
Nach knapp zwei Wochen Trainingsaufnahme nahm ich an dem von meinem Partner "Freelanders" gesponsorten Fackellauf teil.
Überraschenderweise lief es ganz gut, denn hinter den ausländischen Läufern Jonas Kinde (Eth) und Omar Bekkali (MAR) konnte ich als Dritter über den Zielstrich laufen.
Aufgrund der langen und giftigen Steigung von rund 1000m, war ich mit meiner Zeit recht zufrieden.
